Your mission

• Explore and conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge materials technologies from a technical perspective. This includes but is not limited to packaging materials, semiconductor materials, and glass materials that have the potential to drive significant advancements in the field of materials science.
• Utilize the latest knowledge in materials science to explore and develop new packaging materials to enhance the reliability and performance of electronic devices.
• In the realm of semiconductor materials, research and improve the electrical and thermal properties of materials to support more efficient electronic device design.
• For glass materials, conduct innovative research to develop new types of glass products with special optical, mechanical, and chemical properties.
• Analyze the potential value, technical breakthroughs, and challenges of new materials, and produce comprehensive technology and industry analysis reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological achievements in the field through international conferences, publications, and trade exhibitions.
• Organize and participate in seminars and workshops in the field, maintaining regular technical exchanges with academic and industry partners.

Your areas of expertise

• A keen interest in the future trends of packaging materials, semiconductor materials, and glass materials, studying towards a Ph.D. degree related to material science.
• Passionate about the commercialization and the business success of materials science.
• Strong capabilities in teamwork and self-directed learning.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Chinese language skills being an asset.
