Working Student / Intern Business Development
Join a pioneering team in their scale-up phase. As Working Student or Intern in Business Development you are actively working on decarbonizing the construction sector while driving business development and expansion. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Help to find exciting and sustainable real estate projects for implementing our novel technology
- Identify, use and be creative about novel innovative tools & technologies that make your life and that of the sales and marketing team easier (e.g. AI, automations)
- Manage and develop your findings within the respective tools
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on future markets by talking to potential partners, identifying obstacles and analyzing existing data
- Learn how to read the results so you can give an overall assessment of certain markets
- Participate in team meetings / workshops and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
You are ambitious and appreciate working in a diverse team. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality, you enjoy tackling challenges and push for change.
- You are fluent in English and German, French is a plus
- You ideally have initial experience in business development, sales or project management
- You possess strong communication skills
- Your working style is structured and results-driven
- You are passionate about a positive climate impact and cannot wait to contribute
Duration: Working Student (20h/week) limited to 1 year OR Intern for 3 months (20-40h/week)
Start date: July 15th or later
Work location: Office in Berlin and/or remote
Salary: fixed salary
