The Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the Graduate program the following year.

Early Careers
The Early Careers Team is dedicated to supporting and nurturing the growth of young professionals at the start of their careers. We focus on providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and development opportunities to help new graduates, interns and dual students thrive in their roles. The Early Careers Team is also responsible for managing our Graduate Program, ensuring a structured pathway for career development. As our Intern, you will:
- Assist in the organization and execution of recruitment activities, including events, fairs, and early career program selection processes
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in graduate and internship programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Analyze HR data to assist in decision-making and reporting
- Help create HR-related reports and presentations for business representatives
Organizational Talent Development
The Organizational Talent Development Team is dedicated to fostering the growth and advancement of employees within a company. They focus on creating and implementing strategies for on-the-job learning and professional development programs. This team works to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement, providing resources and opportunities for continuous learning and career progression. Their efforts are crucial in building a skilled and adaptable workforce, ready to meet the challenges of an ever-evolving business landscape.
As our Intern you will:
- Help design and develop training materials, including presentations and manuals
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Update and manage databases of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
- Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
- Support in creating newsletters, emails, and other communication materials to promote training programs
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of LMS platforms
Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition Team plays an essential role in the strategic growth of our organization. This dedicated group of HR professionals specializes in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our business. The team works closely with department leaders to understand their specific requirements and ensure that each candidate’s skills and experiences align with the company’s goals and culture. As our Intern, you will:
- Supporting the interview and selection process by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
- Assisting with the sourcing and screening of potential candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and communications
- Engaging in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Maintaining candidate databases and tracking systems
- Engaging in special projects related to talent strategy and workforce planning
Requirements
The Teams above are looking for:
- Driven and committed interns
- A team player with a curious mind
- Advanced German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelor and Master’s degree
- You need to be available for between 3-6 months. There are flexible intakes available - Spring, Summer and Autumn
