• Expansion of Organic Channels for User Acquisition: Support in expanding our organic reach through SEO measures, social media strategies, and content optimization.
• Preparation for Go-to-Market in New Indications and Languages: Assisting in the planning and preparation of market entry in new target groups and language regions.
• Experimental Growth Hacking: Development and implementation of creative and data-driven experiments to reach new users in innovative ways.
• Automation of Our Community Management Activities: Developing and implementing automated processes to streamline community interactions, manage user feedback efficiently, and respond promptly to common inquiries.
• Structuring and nurturing our Email Marketing Activities: Supporting the optimization and structuring of our email marketing campaigns to activate users and strengthen engagement.

Required

• You are currently studying (or have already graduated) in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a related field.
• You are proficient in English and in one language spoken in our core markets (Mainly German, Italian, French)
• You bring a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking and are eager to explore new approaches to user acquisition through creative experiments.
• You enjoy diving into constantly evolving toolsets and leveraging AI to make our growth operations as efficient as possible.
• You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven work approach.
• You demonstrate initiative, creativity, and an excellent sense for targeted communication.

• Knowledge in SEO, social media marketing, and/or email marketing is a plus.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset is a strong advantage (e.g., own university projects, side hustle, etc.).
