About the Internship 

The finance Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. 
  
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the Graduate P.A.C.E. program in the following year.  

As part of the internship you will:   

• Support on the maintenance of the company homepages in regard to new contents
• Work in the CMS to build new pages
• Help on SEO optimization
• Support video production
• Work on social media posts
• Support all major initiatives involving M&A activities for the global business 
• Manage and execute on corporate strategy activities working with both regional and global Corporate Strategy and M&A teams as well as with key regional stakeholders 
• Support M&A projects that may include asset manager targets, platform spin-offs, ecosystem partnerships, distributional JVs, etc. 
• Prepare business cases for M&A initiatives to create the strategic and financial rationale for prioritizing target investments 
• Prepare decision papers for senior management and for the relevant committees 

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Driven and committed interns   
• A team player with a curious mind    
• You have a keen interest in financial services but no experience is required   
• You have strong attention to detail and are able to see the big picture 
• You have very good analytical skills that help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics 
• The ability to speak both German and English
• You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelor and Master’s degree 
• You need to be available for between 3-6 months. There are flexible intakes available - Spring, Summer and Autumn
