Were now looking for a motivated Founders Associate Intern to work directly with one of our founders on various strategic projects with a particular focus on operations.

What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:

• You have supported key operational projects to prepare for scaling
• You have assisted in analyzing data and creating reports to drive decisionmaking
• You have helped streamline and document operational processes
• You have contributed to store optimization initiatives
• You have supported the planning and execution of new store openings
• You have collaborated on various crossfunctional projects as needed
• You have participated in strategic discussions and provided valuable insights
• You have helped identify and implement operational efficiencies

What You Need to Succeed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Operations Management or related field
• Strong analytical skills and datadriven mindset
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to get handson in a fastpaced startup environment
• Fluent in English & German
• Ability to commit to a 36 month internship
• Passion for the food industry and startup environment
